People from Texas know about how to sell things they don´t need... Every weekend in every Texas town, someone is having a "garage sale".
"Garage Sales" can be in the yard, in a garage or on a driveway, but in an apartment?! Of Course!! Because in Texas, anything is possible!
Last night I finished getting all of my things organized to sell. I am only taking my clothes, shoes, photos and special books with me to Herning so I must sell everything else. I hate to leave things like my giraffe and my "Einstein" stuff, but it is very expensive to send things to Europe!! I made a paper about my furniture and other things to give to my friends and colleagues. Usually you have a garage sale on 1 day, but my sale is a little different since I live in an apartment. Now everything is ready to sell and now Jess and I are sitting on the couch with prices surrounding us!! Take a look:

OK people. I am claiming first in line to shop at Kelli's. See that cybertree? I'm peeing on it to mark my spot. Grrrrr.
WOW...you know it's tough, but also pretty damn liberating at the same time.
My advice to you...take a picture (as you have sort of down) of those things that are going to be really hard for you to part with. Then, when you get to Denmark and have some free time, you could make a memory book...with a photo of the item, and then a little writing next to it about why it contained sentimental value to you.
Just a thought...
I can't wait to shop either. I'd pee on the TV, but that might mess up the electric circuits or something.
Awwh what a pity.. i totally sympathize.
