We had a dinner/party last night to celebrate Jess and Stephen´s arrival! It was WONDERFUL! Our guests were my inlaws and our friends Michael, Susanne and Morten. (Morten´s wife, Maibrith, could not come because they have a new baby, Agnes.) Mads, Morten and Michael have been friends since kindergarten, and I love to visit with them and their wives! Our evening was a perfect welcome for Jess and Stephen!!

Yea... I am glad the kids made it over safe & sound. Looks like you have nice weather too... Enjoy your time together!
Holy physics and engineering! I have already been taught the Viking method of opening the beer bottle with a lighter, but the next time I see Mads -- he simply MUST teach me to open a beer with a beer. It is almost zen in the beauty and simplicity of using the object you want as a tool to obtain it!

Didn't know that my granddaughter drank beer - probably lots I don't know. Looks like everyone had fun - love the umbrella -is that new?

It's perfect that Denmark has been showing Jess and Stephen that we also have real Summer days here.
Did she get the beer opened? I've never mastered it but I can open a bottle with the edge of a table! :) That IS actually the best skill to have of the two when you're down to your last beer!
