On Saturday all of the Nørgaards (including Albert!!) are headed to a beach house in Djursland, on Denmark´s east coast. Every year, the family meets together for a few days in a summer house on one of Denmark´s beaches. Here is our "home away from home" this weekend:
Mads har 2 søskende, Thomas and Trine, og vores 3 familier, plus min svigerfar og svigermor, skal møde til en rigtig god tid. Vi bringer meget mad, øl, vin, kaffe, kage og selvfølgelig, spillekort! Min plan er at undervise dem hvor at spille "Phase 10!" Jeg er meget spændt at have min først "officiel" Nørgaard familie eventyr!!
Mads has 2 siblings, Thomas and Trine, and our three families, plus my inlaws, will meet for a great time together! We are bringing lots of food, beer, wine, coffee, cake and of course, card games! My plan is to teach them how to play "Phase 10!" I am so excited to have my first "official" Nørgaard family adventure!!

lol... with all my complaining of not finding a REAL FULL TIME job, my mom keeps reminding me that I dont have time for a job with all these travels... lol.
At least this time, Albert is going too!
And Krystal--I forgot about SCAT! Good idea! They will be cajuns before we know it!
When you're playing Phase Ten, be sure to tell everyone to Skip Joe. That's my favorite part of the game!

Wow, that house looking amazing!!! Ohhh I love phrase 10. I already have it packed in my suitcase to bring. Another great card game is Skipo.
