They plan to meet cowboys, shoot guns, and eat real Texas BBQ, and they have no idea their trip is the beginning of the "Story of Mads and Kelli".

Two years ago a Cajun woman went to dinner with friends because they "had 2 Vikings as guests in their home". She thought it was a normal dinner with her friends: instead she met the man who would become the love of her life. Today, the story of Mads and Kelli continues in the middle of Denmark, and gets better and better each day....

Hi Kelli; I've been reading your blog for a few weeks now and wanted to say 'hi'.
I relocated from Denmark to CA a few years ago because on a holiday to SF, I meet a man from Herning! So I think it's fun to read about your impressions of Denmark and Herning and what you miss from the States. Also since I'm now struggling to learn French (new overseas move - yes, complicated life style) I'm also happy to follow your progress with the terrible Danish language :-)
(Should I have written in Danish? - well, here it is in English, anyway.)

You know what I remember after you two met? You sitting in your office, with that POS Dell laptop computer, hammering away every morning at it back when you had fake nails, because you always had email from Mads first thing. Every time I see one of those shitty Dell laptops around the school I think of that.
Sverre and I met in much the same way...how funny!
