Today Lærdansk Class #321 became a bit smaller because our classmate, Pam, is moving back to her home country, Canada. Her visa has expired, and according to Danish immigration law, she must return to Canada again for a time, before she is eligible to move back to Denmark. We are sad to see Pam leave because she has brought so many good things to our class! Plus, she and I were the only two students from North America, so we understood each other really well! :o) So...we will see you again, Pam! I know how excited you are to see Canada again, but I have an idea that we will all meet again in Denmark in the future!
Vi bragte mange ting at spise at fejre Pam i dag. Vi havde opskrifter from Brazil, Romania og ja, også, en Sopapilla Cheesecake fra mig!
We brought many things to eat to celebrate Pam today. We had recipes from Brazil, Romania, and yes, also, a Sopapilla Cheesecake from me!
Noget af Klass 321 med Pam. Vi har kommet fra hele verden--Rumænien, Filippinerne, Polen, Brasilien, Canada, Texas (jeg mener, Amerika, selvfølgelig!) og Egypten!
Some of Class #321 with Pam. We have come from all over the world--Romania, the Philippines, Poland, Brazil, Canada, Texas (I mean, America, of course!) og Egypt!
Irina går tilbage til en lidt mere.... Irina goes back for a little more...

Which city is your friend from?
You guys look like you have a really warm and cozy class!!
Was Pam on a visa through work or married to a Dane? I'm applying for permanent residency status and hope that there's no expiration for that!
How long does Pam have to leave for? My MIL has neighbors from South Africa and every 6 months, they have to go on a week long cruise due to the whole Visa thing...tough life, huh?
all those goodies look so yummy!
