2 uger siden skrev jeg om 2 spændende koncerter i Herning i 2009---Beyonce og Cold Play (faktisk, Coldplay begynder deres europatur i Herning!). Denne uge, har jeg læst MERE spændende nyheder--"Herning vil være musikmekka"! Hernings mål er at blive den musik mekka af Jylland, ligesom København er på Sjælland. Dette er gode nyheder for os! Planerne omfatter en ny musikarena i Herning og mange mere "store navne" på Hernings musik kalender. Jeg kan ikke vente at se hvilke andre koncerter vil komme!! Nu kan jeg fortælle mennesker--"Jeg bor i den Musikmekka af Jylland"!!! :o)
2 weeks ago I wrote about 2 exciting concerts coming to Herning in 2009---Beyonce and Coldplay (and I learned that Coldplay is actually starting its European tour IN HERNING!) This week I have read MORE exciting news--"Herning to be a Music Mecca". Our town´s goal is to become for Jutland what Copenhagen is on Zealand. And this is very good news for us! The plans include building a new music arena in Herning and drawing in all the big names to the Herning music calendar. I cannot wait to see what other concerts are coming! Now I can tell people--"I live in the Music Mecca of Jutland"!!! :o)

OK... I would kill to see Cold Play! When are they coming to town? For Byonce you have to take your big ol TEXAS flag! Maybe she will pull on stage? (there goes my overactive imagination again...)
Oooh...yes! Then, I have an excuse to come to Denmark when The Ten Tenors play there! SCORE!
