Nu har jeg mere bevis at Herning bliver Musikmekka af Jylland! På onsdag den 8. juli 2009 "CHEFEN --The Boss" kommer til Herning! Den sjove ting er at danskerne er mere spændt om hans ankom end jeg er! Mads og jeg går ikke til Springsteens koncert på den 8. juli fordi den uge efter, går vi til anden koncert.... med koncert billeter at Julemand bragte til mig!! Springsteen er ok, men på den 16. juli, vil vi være i Hamburg Tyskland for at se en af vores yndlingsband !!!!
Now I have more proof that Herning is becoming the Music Mecca of Jutland! On Wednesday, July 8, 2009, "THE BOSS" is coming to Herning! The funny thing is that the Danes are more excited about his arrival than I am! Mads and I are not going to Springsteen´s concert on July 8 because the following week, we are going to another concert....with concert tickets that Santa brought me! Springsteen is ok, but on Jul 16, we will be in Hamburg, Germany to see one of our FAVORITE bands !!!

Eric Clapton played there in August.... and the biggest metal festival in the world is in Germany. Yet another reason Europe trumps the US. :-)
I have never liked Bruce Springsteen very much...just not my cup of tea. BUT, I do like like The Boss Hoss! They are a German band that dresses up like cowboys and remakes does cowboy remakes on all sorts of pop songs...and of course, they are cute too. I'll have to post one of their videos on my blog sometime.
Now I'm jealous!! Bruce and The Eagles... lucky you! (Even if you won't be seeing Bruce...)
Hubby wants to go but he doesn't feel like going all the way to Jutland. Plus he'd have to wait hours for the train to return home.
