Andet Mysterium Billede ... Another Mystery Picture

Mads and I live in a sweet little house in Herning which I like and like most Danish houses, we have a basement. However, you cannot go into our basement from inside the house... you must go outside into the backyard in order to go down into the basement. (which is where the washing machine is) It is not so bad except when we want ONE CERTAIN THING....

Dog...

However...MY HUSBAND CAME HOME ON FRIDAY WITH A SURPRISE FOR ME!! Can you guess what it is?! And how happy I was about it?! I will give you 1 clue--- It is not a normal thing in Denmark, but this Texas girl has convinced her husband it is necessity for life!

You know we are all 3 cm from our screen trying to see what those buttons say...

Is that an ice maker?

I give up, but I enjoy playing your game.

Since I've never seen this one before, I'm guessing and icecube maker?

Is that a breadmaker machine?

That's either a dishwasher, or a really fancy toilet. Wait-- there's no way there could BE a fancier toilet than the one at Lori's house.

It looks like a rice cooker. But from your other posts I think it is a slow cooker. If so ENJOY!

I'm guessing ice maker?? If it is you are a lucky lucky girl and I need to talk to Stig about one for us..we have two tiny trays we fill and fill. I looked at a 2kg bag of ice they were selling at the store- they wanted 29 kroner for it..I thought- are you kidding for frozen water???? NO WAY!!! So please tell me I am right, please tell me it doesn't cost an arm and a leg and it functions GREAT....hmmm.....

Either a rice cooker or a bread machine?

I was hoping it was a little washing machine so you wouldn't need to go outside and around the house (been there, done that, thanks, but no thanks) ... but it doesn't really look like a washing machine...

It looks like a shredder? But that wouldn't be in a basement...

Is that a breadmaker? Or perhaps an ice cream maker? Oh - the suspense... :-)

okay... I was thinking about your staircase down to your basement last night while in bed. (how sad is that?)

Did he bring you a handrail? Those are SOOOO uncommon here. :)

Being from Texas....You gotta have ice in your tea. So I am gonna say "ice maker"...or your own mini dry cleaning machine.

As long as it's not a combined ice-maker, bread-maker, and fancy toilet.

Your husband is very sweet, and I must say that is one thing I did miss in Denmark...ice in my water and coke! To this day, Peter doesn't use ice at all. He'd rather drink warm coke.

Why don't people have basement doors in their houses?
