Things I rediscovered in my first 12 hours in the US.... things I LOVE and MISS!
Ting jeg "opdagede igen" imens mine første 12 timer i USA....ting jeg ELSKER og SAVNER! 1. A Car with AIR CON!
1. En bil med Air conditioning!
2. A Car with AUTOMATIC Transmission!
2. En bil med AUTOMATIC Transmission!
3. Making a "right turn on red"!
3. At man kan lave en "højre drej på rød lys".
4. Dinner for 5 at a good restaurant for 80 bucks!
4. Aftensmad til 5 mennesker på en god restaurant til 480 kroner!
5. A hotel with AIR CON!
5. Et hotel med Air Conditioning!
6. People watching abilities like no where else on earth! Americans are a little special! (Can you see the dude in the underwear?!)
6. Mennesker for at "people watch" ligesom ingen sted i verden! Amerikanske er lidt "specielle"! (Kan du se manden i sit underbukser?!)
7. Seeing no less than 12 Starbucks in between LAX to our hotel.
7. Ser ikke mindre end 12 Starbucks imellem lufthavn og vores hotel!
8. A hotel with a BATHTUB and a half gallon bottle of Coconut bubble bath that I bought at Walmart for TWO DOLLARS!
8. Et hotel med et karbad og "kokos bobble bad" som jeg købte i Walmart for 12kroner!
9. Meeting up with a Texas girlfriend (and her sweet hubby!) that I have had online and finally get to meet in real life...and discovering that these are friends I want to keep for forever!
9. En møde med en Texansk veninde (og hendes sød mand!) som jeg har haft på internet og ENDELIG havde chancen at møde ansigt til ansigt.... og beslutningen at vi skal blive venner for resten af vores livet!
Two Texas girl with Lousiana ROOTS, foreign hubbies and a love for Scandinavian things... the makings for a life-long friendship!
To Texas piger med Lousiana rødder, udlændinge mænd, og en kærlighed for Skandinaviske ting....hvordan man lave et livslang venskab!

Sounds like a great start to your holidays already. And yes - I see the dude in his underwear! Is that normal LA behaviour? Or have I been watching too much TV?
