So we go out and call, "Emmitt.....time to come in....." and usually he comes running. (Yes, just like a dog.) However a couple of days last week, we still had some sunny weather and Emmitt was bound and determined to enjoy it as long as possible. So we call him and he sits, just looking toward us, never moving.
Some days he is easy to find, but others, we have to really look for him... I was thinking that maybe I should find a spot like this where I can go and hide away, but then I guess SOMEONE would end up hollering for me the way I holler for him... so I guess hiding is not really an option! But it sure sounds like a great idea, just for a little while, don't you think?

My little Gitte comes running also when I call and I have also thought "just like a dog". Want to tell you that I love the name Emmitt.
