Home away from home....

This week has been WONDERFUL! Everyone has seen from my Facebook updates that not only are we having a wonderful time exploring southern Spain, but we are SO pleased with the place that we are staying! Here is our building....that's us, right up there on the TOP floor....

With fabulous sunsets AND sunrises guaranteed every single day! 

But sometimes pictures don't show quite enough, so in order to let you in on our little corner of the world this week, I made this little video of our home away from home!

We are staying in Torrox Costa, a small beach-side village about 40km east of Malaga. It is the perfect location and has everything we need; plus it is a great place to travel from ... to Granada, Sevilla, Malaga, Gibraltar and just about anywhere else in the Andalucia Region that you might want to see!

We found it through a friend who has stayed here before and I intend to tell him that we were NOT AT ALL disappointed in our decision to come and stay. It was absolutely perfect! Plus the apartment comes with a CAR (that seats 7) for you to use while you are staying here! What more could you ask for! Add to that the fact that Ryan Air flies from Billund to Malaga for such cheap rates, this was a pretty inexpensive vacation! The apartment is perfect for 2 couples, so if you split the rental cost in half, it is a SUPER CHEAP vacation spot! It is PERFECT getaway for those of us who are enduring the Scandinavian winter and have a "Winter Holiday"! You come here to soak up the sun so you can take all that Vitamin D back with you and survive the remaining winter days!
