A little Texas incorrectness....

I LOVE LOVE LOVE "The Big Bang Theory".
Honestly I sit there for 20 minutes each week and ROLL ON THE FLOOR LAUGHING!
Especially on those episodes when Sheldon's mom comes for a visit.
She is from East Texas and I do declare that those writers NAIL IT every time she comes to town.
If any of this sounds funny, you MUST WATCH the episode below. (In four seasons of BBT, this one is in my top 3 faves!) Especially since I have been writing about how awesome Texas need a taste of it from "the inside"! :-)

"Lord, Mary Cooper here. Coming to you from Gomorrah, California."

And this time she is in town in preparing to leave on a cruise called the:  "Born Again Boat Ride".

Christian Quarterly gave the cruise a great review...
5 Thorny Crowns!

"You can put it on the menu with those Kung Fu letters but that don't make it sushi."

"Her parents are not not happy with her dating someone white."
"Now that's kind of funny. You don't think about it going that way."

A cat can have kittens in the oven, but that don't make 'em biscuits."

For this and other examples of Texas-sized political incorrectness spiced up with a little Bible-belt humor and "Texas sayins", CLICK HERE:

I've never heard of this series. Perhaps I'd better keep an eye out for it.

Lady Fi, you MUST MUST MUST watch it! Sir Pe would LOVE IT!

And although I love all the quotes, the BEST OF ALL time is the pilot episode when Penny asks the boys what they do for fun around there and Sheldon answers, "Well, today we masturbated for money". LOL
