This morning I woke up to SO MANY Facebook statuses of my Texas friends and family regarding the Dallas Cowboys and everyone's DISSATISFACTION with the team's performance in Sunday's game.And it made me think....
Didn't I just see something similar from all of my FB friends who LOVE Madrid yesterday?
And wait; haven't I heard something similar from my Viking concerning FCM on more than one occasion?!
So the next time you think you are so different from that guy in Spain or the gal in Texas, remember that "OUR DISGUST WITH THE TEAMS WE LOVE" is a cultural element that we all share...so you see, we really are MORE ALIKE than you might think!

We Packers folks don't know what you're jabbing about...
I read recently that if all the money,time and energy that goes into organized sports were spent and directed toward hunger and world peace we would ace the problems in no time. I personally do not watch any sports or allow it on the tv with guests that I am visiting with. During the holidays, keep the tv turned off and enjoy your family. They are worth more than any silly game.
