How do you know the Christmas season has begun?

Some might say it's when Santa Claus has arrived at the shopping malls.
Others might say it's when the first light on the Advent Candle Wreath has been lit.
Still others might say it's when that first gift has been bought.

But in Jylland (that's JUTLAND for you non-Danish speakers!), we know that the Christmas season is upon us when it's about 540pm, and the television is tuned in to TV2, and you see THIS:

Copenhageners might disagree, but we Jyllanders know that when Gertrude, Oluf, Hansi, Fritz, and Gunther enter our living rooms, THE CHRISTMAS SEASON HAS ARRIVED!!

GLÆDELIG JUL!

Kelli, I'd forgotten the Jysk accent. Is that how you and Mads speak? Just kidding. But my best friend in Copenhagen's father was from Jylland.
