However now I read each and every one of them and have actually found some helpful things because of the fact that I was not "raised" in the Gymnasium system... so all in all, our GL Magazine is AWESOME.
However this morning I opened it up and as I turned one of the pages, I realized that no matter how long I live in Denmark, I will never get over the shock value of something like this:
Yes, I appreciate that GL is concerned about my physical fitness and wants to help me get ABS OF STEEL by doing exercises on my desk, but lord have mercy.... I felt certain this was an ad for Chippendales coming to Herning! Lived here almost 4 years...will these kinds of ads EVER become LESS shocking???
OR is it "once a prude, always a prude"? :-) Happy Weekend!

OH LOL - I love that ad so much!
Yeah, I use to see some shows from Denmark- like documentaries which shocked the hell out of me. I mean Norwegians are pretty laid back about things like nudity and such...more so then Americans but the Danes take the cake...so I can understand you´ll never stop being shocked...I´d say just go with the flow!!! ;-)
Hey! I didn't give them permission to use my picture! Granted, I was a few years younger, but still! And that's not my purse, either.
I'm with you on the prude thing...I don't think I am, but then I see things like this in Norway and get all squeamish!
Heehee.
Absolutely adorable. Thanks for sharing. Yup. You may have a little prude somewhere. Personally, I am not attracted to Abs of steel.
Yes it is a bit shocking to see a guy with a cowboy hat holding a womens handbag. Not many cowboys would bee seen holding a womens handbag. :-)
Abs of steel doesn't do much for me either. No prude here. Because.....
I've been to a performance of the Chippendales. Woot! Woot!
And I touched them too
muhahahahahahahahahahahahahahahaha
